Redundancy - Get it Right

The current economic environment means that many businesses are looking at their staffing levels and are considering redundancies, is this the right way forward are there alternatives? If you do need to reduce staffing levels then you must follow the correct procedures to ensure there are no subsequent claims of unfair dismissal or unfair selection.
