Good Result In Financial Planning

Below is a brief summary of financial planning work that was recently completed by Paul Burdett. (Clients names have been removed)

Mr & Mrs client were referred to Ward Goodman by an existing client. They had approached their existing bank for a mortgage as they wanted to carry out home improvements. However, they were told that they would not be able to obtain one due to being of retirement age and were advised that they would have to go down the equity release route.

Having conducted a fact finding process and corresponding with Mr Clients current employer Paul was able to obtain a mortgage past usual retirement age, allowing the clients to repay their existing mortgage and carry out their required home improvements.

AND WHAT DID THE CLIENTS SAY?

Mr Paul Burdett has recently acted on our behalves in what was a relatively convoluted re-mortgaging case that was not without its challenges and frustrations. To his entire credit - and Ward Goodman's - Mr Burdett reached a most successful conclusion on our behalves and we were absolutely delighted with the excellent service, sound and objective advice, patience and thoroughly courteous and friendly manner in which negotiated his task for us.
